FAQ:
Q. Can I schedule a cleaning to happen every week or every other week with the same housekeeper?
A. Yes, when we set our schedule we can assign the same housekeeper for your cleanings. If that housekeeper becomes unavailable, another qualified housekeeper will be assigned, but we do our best to place the same housekeeper.
Q. Do you use your own cleaning supplies or do I have to provide them?
A. Our housekeepers carry their own supplies but if you prefer to have them use your specialty cleaning supplies then that can be arranged.
Q. Will you change out the A/C air filters if needed?
A. If there is a supply of A/C filters in the condo then our housekeepers will change them out as needed. If we supply the filter, there is a charge of $7.50 per filter.
Q. If I have you do my rental departure cleanings for my VRBO reservations, what kinds of products to you leave in the condo for the next renter?
A. Our housekeepers place:
1 roll of paper towels in the kitchen
1 Palmolive dish soap bottle
1 packet of Sunlight dishwasher soap
1 packet of laundry detergent
1 roll of Toilet paper in each bathroom
1 hand soap for each bathroom sink
1 bath soap for each bath tub or shower
trash can liners
